We map the design
The artwork is scaled up and traced onto a primary cloth backing stretched tight on the frame — the blueprint every strand follows.
We punch the pile
A tufting gun drives yarn through the backing, colour by colour, building the design up strand by strand from behind.
We carve it level
Once it's fully packed, the pile is trimmed and carved — levelling the surface and sculpting depth into the parts that sit proud.
We lock, bind & ship
A secondary fabric backing is glued on to lock every stitch, the edges are bound and finished, then it's quality-checked and shipped.
