Pick embroidery or a rug, describe the idea, and attach any reference art or a mockup you've put together.

We quote it

We review it and email a price — size, placement and how complex the artwork is all factor in.

You accept, we make it

Only pay once you say go. Then it's digitized and stitched on the 15-head, or tufted by hand — whichever the piece calls for.
